MEZCAL VERÁS COCKTAILS
Strawberry Fields
1.5 oz Verás Joven
.5 oz Aperol
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Agave Syrup
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Strawberry

Muddle lemon juice, agave, cherry tomatoes and strawberry. Add Aperol, Verás Joven and shake. Strain and serve in a collins glass. Garnish with skewered strawberry and tomato.

Black Walnut Bitters
1/4 Agave
Spiced Banana Cordial
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh Pineapple Juice
Brown Butter Amontillado
Verás Reposado
Peychaud’s Bitters
Absinthe
Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over ice and add a spritz of Absinthe and Peychaud’s Bitters. Garnish with pineapple slice.
